Mostar Friedensprojekt e.V is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Social Media Interns. This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to the meaningful work we do at our co-working place. As a social media intern, you will have the chance to make a real impact by creating engaging content, managing online communities, and helping us raise awareness of our organization and its initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to promote our organization and its projects.
  • Create compelling content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage social media accounts by scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Conduct research on social media trends, best practices, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the other team members to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor and report on social media analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

 Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and tracking tools.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for social causes and an interest in the nonprofit sector.
