Description:
Main activities:
- marketing communication, advertising, promotion, social media marketing, advert posting, events
- multi-channel social media
- market research
- translating and proofreading
- filling the places for our accomodations
- managing our calendar with our reservations (dealing with a synchronized calendar)
- approaching new business partners at the meetings
- gaining new locals and apartments for our ApartHotel business project
- collaborating in our project of additional services for the guests
- interest or basic knowledge in the field of tourism and accomodations
- assisting the guests
We would like to confirm and hire in our company the trainees with the best performance.
Requirements:
- knowledge of the tourism field
- capacity to find the gaps in the markets, and report them monthly (excel spreadsheets, power point presentations)
- general knowledge of the main online market places and travel fare aggregators websites like Booking.com, Airbnb and Homeaway
- knowledge of the main apps for online reservations
- good knowledge of Google tools (gmail, googlew sinchronized calendar, google Drive and its docs/spredsheets
- professional knowledge of English language is a mandatory.
Moreover, the knowledge of one of the following languages would be a plus:

Why us...
We are located in the heart of Krakow! We give to our interns the possibility to work either from their home (home-office) or in our office (usually our schedule is 4 days home-office, 1 day office). This is mainly an online internship (home-office work).
Moreover, we give to our interns the possibility to work remotely and represent the enterprise in business trips.
We give to our employees and interns as well company smartphones and internet package for free. We offer free sales training sessions with professionals and daily workshops with our business partners. If requested, we will find for the selected candidate a suitable accomodation in the centre.
