Detailed program of the traineeship period:

1.         Market research understanding how big the environment trend is and how big the pain is? 

2.         Target audience segmentations.

3.         Development of target audience personas ( understanding/exploring their behaviors in terms of who they follow where they are on social media, how to reach them)

4.         Outreach list of Bloggers, NPO, Influencers, Journalist   

5.         Developing the social media strategy and communications strategy for the target market

6.         Scheduling posts on own media. Facbook, Linkein, Instagram

7.         Developing a co-marketing plan

8.         Test target audience to understand which market segmentations work best.

9.         Engage target audience.

10.       News later management.

11.       Developing Community strategy

12.       Managing the community on slack 

Knowledge, skills, and competencies to be acquired by the trainee at the end of the traineeship:

 

Social media strategy, Target audience persona, Target audience segmentation, Testing target audience, Community development. How to engagé the community. B2CB Business model.

Monitoring plan:

 

The main KPI is signed petitions and collaborations established with NPO.

We are going to meet on a daily basis and review the daily work

The work can be done 100% remotely.
