Spanish Teacher Internship

As "Pendik, Istanbul" and "Gebze, Kocaeli" branches of British Culture Language Schools we regard foreign language learning process as an interaction with the target language's culture and way of life. That's why, we expect our teachers to implement an action based approach with communicative purposes as the latest CEFR text suggests. We provide all necessary materials for our teachers for this purpose.

Responsibilities

• Applying appropriate foreign language teaching techniques for young, young adult and adult who have different purposes for foreign language learnig.
• Teaching within a classroom, one on one or on online platform by enhancing all four language skills for the students to acknowledge themselves as a social actor while using that language.
• If demanded by the director, being able to teach at other intitutions, which our school has relations, such as state schools or privately funded schools.
• Planning and reporting of the teaching programs in accordance with our language schools' expectations.

Qualifications

• Senior students or recent graduates of the undergraduate/graduate programs of Spanish Language Teaching, Spanish Language and Literature, Spanish Linguistics.
• Good communications skills with the learners and being enthusiastic about teaching foreign languages worldwide.
• Effective planning, documentation and reporting skills together with adaptation to teamwork.
• Being open to continuous development and lifelong learning.
