Sports Assistant Manager (Football)

Futgether is a startup in development that intends to revolutionize the practice of amateur football in several cities of Spain offering an innovative system to book and play futsal or 7 to 8-a-side football games in different sports facilities on each the city.

We are looking for an intern to join our team to grow together and help us on the field in Alicante, Murcia and Sevilla.

Responsabilities

- Participate in the organization and management of the different games that we will be organized (refereeing, photography, game organization, communication with sports facilities, players...)
- Analysis of demand, loyalty and assistance
- Management, monitoring and reporting of statistics
- Research and analysis of potential suppliers
- Communication with digital media channels
- Market research
- Participate and assist in the development of the expansion plan
- Participate and assist in the development of the marketing plan
- Participate and assist in the creation of digital content for our social media channels(Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn)

Requirements

- Sports Science student or similar
- Passionated about football (knowing how to play futsal or any modality of 7 to 11-a-side will be positively valued)
- Good communications skills
- Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal English or Spanish communication skills
