Description:
Main functions that the student will perform:
- Management of orders and shipments, in coordination with the logistics warehouse
- Costumer Service by means of chat, telephone and e-mail
- Management of payments, invoices and estimates, in synergy with the accounting department
- Management of assistance requests and problems, through a ticket system
- Site maintenance about the daily management aspects
Characteristics and skills of the ideal candidate:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, etc.) and Gmail
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, in an international environment
- French mother-tongue; basic English level; knowledge of Spanish is a plus, not mandatory
- Problem Solving
- Student who carried out his/her studies in communication, economics, sociology, literature, political and business sciences fields

Period of candidacy: from August 2022
Weekly hours: 35h, from Monday to Friday, 10-14.00 / 15.00 -18.00 (flexible timetable, according to the student needs)
