Duration: Preferable duration of 6 months or more

Location: Prague, Czech Republic


  • Embark on a journey of learning and collaboration, where we will guide and support you to further develop your skills in HR and how it enables the business.
  • We work together, in a small team, so you will gain knowledge and valuable hands-on experience across the whole HR function.
  • Gain experience with the IT/financial sector in an English speaking and diverse company.

  • Be involved in various aspects of HR, assisting with administrative tasks, employee relations, recruitment, training, and other HR initiatives.

  • Support the HR team in the execution of recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and assisting with conducting interviews.
  • Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
  • Assist with employee training and development initiatives, including preparation of training materials and assistance with training delivery.
  • Provide administrative support for the HR function, such as preparing HR documents, drafting internal communications, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Assist with HR initiatives and projects as needed, e.g. new Job Family Model.
  • Help organize company events, helping to foster a positive company culture.
  • Support employee relations efforts by addressing basic employee inquiries.


  • Academic knowledge in a relevant field - Human Resources Management, Psychology, Recruitment or similar
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Additional information

The minimum internship period is six months. Interns should be currently enrolled at a university (bachelor or master) or have finished their degree within the last year. The Internship is UNPAID.
