POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In a close-knit team, you will be responsible for responding to phone calls of Swedish customers who have place their orders online and you will track the business activity. You will be in charge of translating information from the French site into Swedish.
The following missions will also be part of your role:
- Respond to telephone calls and emails
- Assist customers when they have questions prior to purchase
- Resolve potential difficulties after sale
- Translate articles from French to Swedish for the site
Swedish must be your mother tongue and a good mastery of French is necessary. You have an ability to use various office tools on the computer and a previous experience in customer service is required.
Experience: Required - 2 to 5 years’ experience in customer service for an online retailer
Training: Bac+ 2/3 in the business sector
Contract: CDI – permanent contract
