What will your responsibilities be for this Swedish Customer Service Agent role?

  • Act as the first point of contact for all Swedish speaking clients
  • Communicate clearly, effectively and empathetically to customers both via telephone and online
  • Offer recommendations to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
  • Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationship
