Description: 

Have you always been interested in installing new operating systems and software on computers and figuring out how they work? We are looking for interns interested learning the ins and outs of computer systems, cloud infrastructure and configuration management. As a Systems Administrator, your tasks will include, but not limited to the following:

  • Install, configure and maintain operating systems, cloud software, application software and containerization systems.
  • Create and maintain physical and/or virtual servers and backups.
  • Create and implement redundancy methodology and procedures.
  • Coordinate with devops teams for requirement analysis and delivery of needed infrasturcture and changes.
  • Enable the various teams' productivity by ensuring that they have 24/7 working systems.

Requirements for application*:

  1. Cover Letter: Please detail how your previous experiences relate to the description of the internship.
  2. Written Essay/Description: Describe briefly the widely used server operating systems, and the advantages and disadvantages of each one.

Work will be tailored according to the capabilities and career growth potential of the candidate as well as company requirements.

Field of Study:  Computer Networking, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Electrical/Industrial Engineering or similar.

Minimum 4 semesters of university level courses or equivalent other educational experience.
