Description:
If you are interested in Research/Sourcing and you would like to apply for Erasmus+ grant, this is the right opportunity. You would have a big chance of development in a new and young company with international team members. Tasks:
- Working closely with our Recruitment Team to build a candidate selection criteria
- Supporting Recruitment Team on their daily tasks
- Building candidate longlist
- Searching and approaching candidates on different social media
- Developing recruitment strategies
- Identifying target companies
- Job posting on social media and job boards
- Updating and maintining internal database
- Weekly WEB meetings / Monthly LIVE meetings;
Requirements:
- Erasmus Plus or any other grants;
- Duration minimum 3 months;
- Strong analytical thinking and passion for research process
- Fluent English, additional language will be an asset;
- Good knowledge of social networks (LinkedIn, GoldenLine, Facebook, Xing, etc);
- Flexibility, with an ability to adapt to changing schedule of tasks;
- Strong motivation for development in recruitment area;
