Description: 

Participation in all stages of Tamalacà activities, like observation and urban microtransformation, but also in order to create a collective and educational awareness moment and put in touch of know-how and insurgent creativity to push the different participants, through some playful-participatory actions, to redevelop/recovery and multiply/increase public spaces-prêt-à-porter and an opportunity to become involved in civic, social and cultural transformation, according to these 5 macro areas:
1. Urban Regeneration: Creation, design and accompanying of policies, plans and urban regeneration projects in disadvantaged neighborhoods based on the promotion of active processes of inclusion and social innovation. 
2. Play and participation: Creation of games, events and stories for the cities and territories playful learning; co-creation of inclusive decision-making paths and training with unconventional methods and tools, related with particularly relevant or conflicting urban issues and problems.
3. Tactical urbanism: design of scalable, short-term and low-cost, actions aimed at producing long-term transformations.
4. Inclusive design: Design of methods and tools for the involvement of human diversity in the design process, based on the of Design for All principles, with particular attention to public services and to sensitive areas, and at the neighborhood level (streets, parks and green space, schools, canteens, libraries, entertainment and game centers and rooms, museums, etc.).
5. Unconventional urban communication: creation, design and implementation of inclusive, innovative and viral urban communication campaigns.
Participation in training seminars and workshop and in Tamalacà research and laboratories, with the methodology that we used to complete our projects as a “team work”, understood as a set of individuals with singular expertise, experience, creativity and sensitivity that are compared critically in order to find solutions that are actually transdisciplinary and consider the original problems in their real complexity. Regular assessment of progresses made by the tutor.

The candidate must demonstrate that has sensibility and expertise in the design, industrial design, graphics, communication, photography, video making, web design, management of cultural and urban processes, development and management of projects related to the field of unconventional communication, sensitive languages, towards inclusion and involvement oriented processes and projects.  Creative thinking which requires a curious, open-minded, flexible, divergent, explorative, investigative approach; Critical thinking which requires questioning, clarifying, planning, analyzing, examining and testing information and ideas; Reflective thinking which requires a metacognitive approach, seeking and considering feedback, reflecting on progress and processes, making links and connections with broader issues and the work of others.
