English Teaching Assistant International Internship at UAX Work as an English Teaching Assistant at a school in Spain. Exciting teaching positions are available for motivated native English speakers. Several positions are available every year at accredited and well-established schools. These schools aim to expand their multinational team of teachers by inviting enthusiastic and dynamic undergraduates or recent graduates with previous teaching experience. Description of the Internship Program The English Teaching Assistant will have a weekly work commitment of 25/30 hours in schools in Madrid and Asturias. Each English Teaching Assistant will be assigned an advisor that will be in charge of helping the English Teaching Assistant organize their classes and of offering any kind of advice. The weekly work schedule should be organized from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. depending on the individual needs of each school. Internships for one full year(priority) or one semester, starting in September or January and ending in June. Tasks: Assist classes Help students with grammar and pronunciation Facilitate activities like group tasks Enrich students knowledge and culture Profile of the applicant Native English speaker graduates or last year students in these Degrees English or Spanish Studies. Education. Priority will be given to candidates with a background in Teaching English as a Second Language. Benefits Monthly payment from 900€/1000€ depending on the weekly load of hours.
