This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to get involved with establishing a new Saturday school for children with Czech heritage in Cambridge, UK.
We are looking for a native Czech speaker, ideally with teaching background (but not essential), keen to learn, good with children, who is also a skilled organiser and an excellent communicator. Other talents (for example folk dancing, writing, drama, sciences) would be a welcome bonus. Would also be good if you were not afraid of using digital technologies given we might have to introduce online teaching and events starting from September (due to Covid-19).
Cambridge is a relatively small but quite vibrant city with lots of 'student life' going on. There are many green places to sit and read a book, or you can take a punt on the river. Bike and your own computer is a must.
