Luxembourg-Slovenian Business Club is currently looking for new Remote Team Leader and Administration interns to join our multi-cultural team for a minimum of 2 months, and up to a maximum of 12 months!
LSBC is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) operating a unique platform by connecting Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) and Professionals on global projects (https://lsbc.lu/about-us). We establish business connections between decision-makers in various markets and industries.

Job description:
As a Team Leader intern at LSBC you will be working to set clear, achievable goals and create a friendly and professional remote working environment.
Your duties include (but are not limited to):
Assisting the Executive Director and department members in administrative tasks and presenting your work within given deadlines.
You will lead departments, encourage members’ voices, listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts, as well as coordinate and take part in general and department specific meetings. You will also oversee day-to-day tasks, processes, operations in all departments, as well as prepare and present reports, draft policies and procedures, and respond to requests for information.
As a team leader intern, you are highly encouraged to present your own ideas and initiatives to contribute to any improvements.
You will be working remotely. However, close collaboration with other interns and other departments is needed. As an intern with LSBC, you will gain valuable learning and working experience.Your schedule will be flexible, making this an opportunity perfect in combination with studies, as you are expected to work around 20 hours per week. The internship is remote and unpaid.
Qualifications:
To succeed as a Remote Team Leader intern, we expect you to have excellent organizational skills, meaning that you can work within tight deadlines and organize your time accordingly.
Your English is excellent (at least C1 level), both written and spoken, and you can express yourself clearly and in a formal way in written text.
We also require excellent computer knowledge, since we work remotely, and strong skills in Microsoft Office Excel and Google Documents, Sheets and Slides.
You also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and you are able to work both independently and in a team, with a plus being if you previously took the leadership role in a project. Furthermore, it is highly valuable if you have previous experience with administrative tasks.
We will prioritize candidates with a preferred internship duration longer than 2 months.
