Description:
Bringing Catalan culture, gastronomy and wine to travellers visiting Barcelona through a new concept of tourism experience. We offer excursions to iconic cultural sites combined with a visit and wine tasting in high-quality family-run wineries.
We are looking for a candidate to assist in our Customer Service, Operations and Marketing department.
Tasks:
- Client check ins
- Handling telephone enquiries, responding to emails, scheduling appointments.
- Managing social media accounts
- Customer support (email, phone, etc)
- Back office (bookings, enquiries, proposals)
Requirements:
- Languages: The candidates must speak a high level of English (C1) and a medium level of Spanish (B1).
- The most important thing is that the candidate is very communicative, organised and positive.
Benefits:
- 300€ per month
Internship hours:
- 5 days a week / 5 hours per day
Duration:
- Minimum stay 6 months
