Description:
We are a Short-Term Apartments rental company with more than 15 years of experience renting out vacation apartments for our guests here in Barcelona city centre.
As we are a small company, everyone has the chance of doing many different jobs, so you will never be bored!
You will have the chance to meet guests from all around the world face to face, but also be in touch with them from the very first moment of their reservation and until their departure, via e-mail and Whatsapp.
Tasks:
- Reception – helping with handling telephone enquiries, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, coordinating operations
- Improving website content
- Improving information shared with guests
- Exploring cross-sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Languages: The candidates must speak a high level of English.
All other languages are an advantage, very useful if you can speak some Spanish and/or French. - We are looking for an open-minded and flexible person who is willing to learn and help with the daily work of a touristic company.
- Be capable to learn how to use our Extranet website to work with it on a daily basis.
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
Benefits:
- 300€ per month
- monthly transport ticket
Timetable: 5 days a week (37.5 hours per week)
