Description: 

As an intern at Solidarity Mission you will have a wide scope of tasks and goals to achieve.

You will be primarily involved in the day-to-day operations of the organisation including coordination of our training programmes and HR related inquiries.

Your Qualifications/ Superpowers

  • You are a self-starter who can work independently, but also as a part of a team.

  • You don’t get overwhelmed when multitasking and you like everything being organized.

  • Excellent command of written and verbal English + more languages are very welcome.

  • You love contact with people and you know how to make an interview feel like a normal conversation.

What you will do

  • Assist in the organisation and coordination of the organisation's local and international training programmes.

  • Collaboration and daily communication with trainers, mentors, coaches, for the optimal conduct of the educational activities of the organization.

  • Communication and service of the requests of the participants in the training programs.

  • Assist in the research on existing and potential new Solidarity Mission projects

  • Contribute to recruiting & hiring efforts of the organization for coaches, mentors, interns and volunteers.

  • Conduct initial screening interviews & contact references to verify background of candidates.

  • Collaborate with supervisors to maintain and update an efficient HR database and records including resumes, applicant logs & employee forms.
