Now we are accepting applications for Trainee Translators at our office in Alicante or with remote work.
Central Park Languages welcomes interns from all over the world who are interested in translation. We look for passionate students and recent graduates who are willing to take on various types of translation.
REQUIREMENTS: Excellent writing skills in at least one of our core languages: English, Spanish, French, German, or Italian. (Fluency in English is required)
Where would the Internship take place? At our office in Alicante (we work in a coworking space). If you are looking for a remote internship you can work online.
When do translation Internships take place?
- Summer term: July and August (1 places available)
- Winter Term: 15th September-15th December (3 places available) and From January 2022
Are these paid Trainee Programmes? Internships are not paid. We accept student with grant, in particularly Erasmus+ Grant.
What do we translate?
We translate books, of different genres. For example:
- Language books
- Emotional Intelligence
- Finance/Cryptocurrencies
- Cookbook
Timetable: 5 hours per day, from Monday to Friday.
What is Central Park Languages? Central Park is a Self Publishing company located in Alicante. We publish Fiction and Non-Fiction content on various platforms, the most important of which are Amazon.com, and Audible.com.
What is Self-Publishing? Self-publishing refers to an author completing the entire publishing process—including printing, editing, proofreading, formatting, cover design, and book marketing—on their own or with their own resources. This is done without the help of a traditional publisher or publishing company.
