II. MISSION OF THE POSITION
The "travel agent" will be responsible for the planning, execution and promotion of the destinations developed by the organization.
III. RESPONSIBILITIES

To Plan, organize, coordinate and operate trips to the destinations the organization does.

Create community around the organization
-
Promote new destinations
-
To Search and manage strategic alliances with third parties, whether companies, universities or paticules.

Develop public relations with customers, suppliers and third parties.

Manage the operation of each trip.

Manage databases
-
Schedule travel calendar
-
Deliver weekly reports of all trips operated.

Work for the good image of the organization, developing a sense of belonging

VII.REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCES
Academics: Professional or student of last semesters of business administration, tourism administration, project management.
Languages: English 50% and Spanish 80%
Experience (Not mandatory): Sales, team work, travel and tourism organization.
VIII. IMPORTANT DATA
Term: 3 to 5 meses
Time: July to November
Working hours: 35 hours per week = (Hours in office + not in office at the office)
Schedule: To be agreed, according to the planning and development of the activities.
Incentives: 8% commission on sales of services. Being able to earn up to 500,000 Colombian pesos.
Travel "for free" for Colombia.
