We're seeking motivated and enthusiastic undergraduates to join our team as interns at BGI. As an intern, you'll work alongside experienced scientists and researchers, learn new laboratory techniques, and contribute to ongoing projects. We're looking for candidates with strong communication and teamwork skills. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and levels of experience as long as you have a passion for life sciences and a desire to learn.   • Majors in life sciences, computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, medicine, agriculture, or other related fields.
  • Possess a strong interest in genomics and bioinformatics research, sequencing and synthesizing technology, or the development of relevant software and hardware.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Chinese (preferred)

*We encourage students to spend at least one year on our projects in order to see some significant progress. However, shorter-term interns and exchange students may also be accepted.
