Your Mission in your Role as Intern in Marketing

Your mission is to support CeleBreaks City Managers to grow the number of matches and number of players through marketing and sales actions

Your Responsibilities:

• Support City Manager in successfully growing his/her city

• Customer acquisition on Facebook

• Customer acquisition on Instagram

• Potentially developing an Email Newsletter

• Customer Service activities through written communications

Your Skills:

• Native or C2 (full control of language) level of English in written skills

• Communication skills, especially in written language

• Customer service skills: You are able to write and communicate in a way that results in customer satisfaction.

• Persuasion skills in written communications

• Ability to reliably and persistently work on 1 project keeping the same highest standard over the whole period of time

• Productivity: You are clearly result oriented and reach your goal by working according to your own personal highest productivity

Your Attitude:

• Empathy: You are able to listen and understand other people and you are able to put yourself into their position.  When communicating with clients you try to understand their position, need or problem and deliver a great solution

• Positive Attitude: You maintain always a positive attitude. When confronted with a challenge or problem you look for a solution

• Proactivity: You act in a proactive manner and identify opportunities, solutions, problems in advance by being proactive

• Accountability: You take responsibility for the tasks given

• Team Work: You are able to work in a team, learn from others, share learnings from successes and failures.
