Imece Network is currently seeking an intern to assist our Volunteer Services Manager in overseeing the volunteer program including group management, recruitment, and tracking.


Imece Network is an international youth platform organization on education, culture and sports established in 2018. Our NGO has the passion and courage to establish an effective network of collaboration between youth organizations through which we shall impact overall strategies to address the critical challenges of our time that affect youth, thus becoming a main promoter of the empowerment of young people and youth organizations.


You will

  • Monitor productivity and satisfaction of volunteers.

  • Represent Imece Network at community events and assist in facilitating external relations.

  • Assist in the recruitment of volunteers.

  • Develop and implement management strategies to efficiently track applicants.

  • Track key data points to monitor and evaluate program success

  • Participate in the planning and implementation of relevant outreach events.

  • Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


  • Be pursuing a degree in Administration, Non-profit Management, Event Management, or related field.

  • Have strong problem solving, writing, and communication skills; organized and attentive to detail.

  • Possess strong intercultural communication skills; demonstrate an ability to work effectively with people from other cultural backgrounds is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in both a warehouse environment and office setting.

  • Be Independent User B1 in experiment

  • Previous experience in an NGO is an asset

Erasmus interns would be considered only.

Working Conditions: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)

No financial compensation
