Koperattiva Kummerc Gust is a not-for-profit organisation raising awareness on responsible and ethical consumption. The organisation engages consumers to think about their actions and social responsibilities through their consumption patterns.

We are searching for volunteers who are interested in working on our issues for internships preferably lasting three months or more and where the English Language is used throughout the internship. Volunteers will be involved in activities connected with the ongoing work done at a local level which includes supporting our staff in: 1. Running of our Fair Trade shop - attending customers, help with the stock pricing and shelving, and manage the shop’s Facebook page. 2. Help in the educational activities done with youth groups or in schools. 3. Set up product and information stalls (when applicable). 4. General administrative activities - such as updating databases, filling of forms, obtaining quotes, and other similar activities. 5. Doing research on Fair Trade issues around the world and compile articles, which will be published in a newsletter and sent to the organisation’s members and followers. A basic knowledge of the English language will be considered an asset. Previous experience with working on Fair Trade or similar issues, would be beneficial but not compulsory.

All persons who work with the organisation will be given a certificate at the end of the internship.
