Web Development Internship

Description:

Since 2016 Coding Bootcamp Praha has empowered hundreds of people to change their careers through its high-quality and innovative teachings. Our efforts were appreciated by a number of prestigious awards, including one by MIT. Our successes were noticed also in Forbes, the Czech Television, and Hospodářské Noviny. Coding Bootcamp Praha teaches students web development skills. The programme is international and taught fully in English. More about the programme: https://www.codingbootcamp.cz. Our company is also developing startup projects, for example, we are making it easier for people to learn how to invest (check BrikkApp: https://www.brikkapp.com) We are looking for junior web developers to join the team.

Key responsibilities:

Assisting in web development and cooperate with other web developers
Writing well designed, testable, efficient code in JavaScript and/or PHP by using best software development practices
Creating a website layout/user interface
Test and update students project, later on contribute as a mentor during daily exercises

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Student or a recent graduate in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Informatics or a relevant field
Good level of English (you need to be comfortable speaking in front of others)
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and either JavaScript or PHP
Knowledge of React or Laravel is an advantage
Interest to grow and improve as a web developer
Proactivity and willingness to work and learn
