About us:

Online since the year 2000, Deejaybooking.com is a Brussels based online booking platform for international artists, with a main focus on producer/deejays.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a person who wants to become part of a small team, is dynamic and has a great team spirit. We are up for a new project and would be happy to have somebody who is willing to help us achieve our goals considering website development.

What will your job be about:

As already mentioned above, we are a small team, so the tasks will be various. However here are some of your main responsibilities:

  • Adding new features on existing WordPress based website.
  • Taking care that the website runs smoothly.
  • Proposing and implementing the improvements.
  • Adapting the existing website to the mobile devices.
  • Managing the process of creation of new platform.

What do we expect from you?

  • Excellent knowledge of WordPress
  • HTML (HyperText Markup Language)
  • CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)
  • PHP (Hypertext Pre-Processor)
  • JavaScript, jQuery or other code languages
  • Knowledge of other code languages is considered as a plus and opens an opportunity on working towards the development of the new platform.
  • Fluent in one of the languages: English/French/ Dutch (Strong written and verbal communication skills). The knowledge of more than one of the mentioned languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and absorb new information
  • Can manage your own time and work without strict supervision.
  • Having a great interest, passion for and knowledge about electronic music, festivals and events would be a plus.

Note that we are only offering virtual / long distance internships whereby the students work from their home or any other place they like, as we are not offering office space anymore, since most students don’t like to work in the office. NO FINANCIAL COMPENSATION
