Women Going Beyond is a new NGO to empower young women by teaching them English, computer and technology skills, and other business/entrepreneurship-related courses in the rural areas of South East Asia. As a result, our goal is to close the gender gap that is ever so present in Southeast Asia and to prevent young women from entering the ring of human trafficking and prostitution. This division is pretty young and we need you to help us with the second phase of creating advertisements, market analysis, content preparation, budget and first marketing campaigns before establishing it in the Cambodia branch.

Who Are You?

A self-starter, able to learn quickly and work without overbearing and intrusive supervision. You have digital marketing experience, from optimizing paid search and social campaigns, through to knowledge of different display networks and which one will perform the best for each client.

Ideally, but not essentially, you have experience in digital marketing within the self-development industry and are looking to build on your skills whilst contributing to a rapidly expanding team. You will bring problems and solutions in the same breath, and take the initiative on testing new initiatives, partnerships and techniques for our clients.


What Can We Offer?

This position is fully remote. You have the flexibility to work from wherever you want, and largely around any existing personal commitments you may have. Other than a recurring meeting each week, you are trusted and empowered to complete your role however you see fit.


What Will You Be Doing?

You will report directly to the founder and your core responsibilities will include:

· Community management, create social media content.

· Copywriting - needs to have an eye for writing great copy in various brand voices to effectively communicate the message.
