 Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities

Management of room reservations and other accommodation services.
- Design and execution of commercial actions in accommodation
- Communication and customer service in the hotel and tourism sector

Optimizing profits by controlling costs
- Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction
- Ensuring product quality and availability
- Assisting customers whenever necessary

 Schedule and coordinate meetings. • Conduct employee performance reviews. • Develop good customer relationships. • Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes. • Smooth out problems within the workplace.

We are looking for interns with competencies in service design, qualitative research methods & analytics business modelling, brand strategy ux/ui design, graphic design.

Your job will be to replicate in and give life to projects in 3d, following the concept and materiality. Experience in rendering with Vray in Rhinoceros is a plus, but can be any other program that uses Vray statistics.
