Job Summary:

 

As a Market Manager Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Market Manager team with daily tasks, contributing to workload management and operational efficiency. This internship opportunity is designed for young individuals who are currently studying and seeking their first job experience. You will gain valuable insights into the operations of an e-commerce marketplace while supporting the growth of local businesses and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assisting with Deal Review: Help in the daily review of deals submitted by merchants to ensure they meet quality standards and are aligned with market needs.

  • Inventory Management Support: Aid in monitoring inventory levels regularly, identifying any shortages or surpluses, and assisting in optimizing inventory management.

  • Data Entry and Analysis: Assist in data entry tasks and basic data analysis to support decision-making processes within the Market Manager team.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Support the team in maintaining accurate documentation and generating reports as needed for performance tracking and analysis.

  • Customer Engagement Support: Assist in responding to customer inquiries or feedback, providing basic support as directed by the Market Manager team.

  • Administrative Tasks: Help with various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing emails to ensure smooth team operations.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.

  • Having a regular NIE (Social Security Identity Number)

  • Willing to start for 01/07/24 (or around first half of July)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and willingness to learn.

  • Positive attitude, eagerness to contribute, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
