We are a Croatian company, located in Split and are the authorised dealer for top brands such as Beneteau, Lagoon, X-Yachts, Sea Ray, Boston Whaler, Monte Carlo and Monte Carlo Yachts. Apart from boat sales we also have a large charter fleet (most of the boats are superbly equipped Lagoon catamarans) and are a Volvo Penta Center in Croatia. We welcome several thousands of boaters from all over the world during the charter season.

Here are some of your future tasks:

• Business correspondance
• Assisting in admitting clients to the marina and on board our boats (check-in & check-out procedure)
• Preparation for arrival/departure of clients – administrative work: checking for necessary paperwork (crew list, licenses, provisioning lists, transfer options, snorkel and other equipment etc.)
• Providing relevant information (where to find restaurants, shops, ATMs, pharmacy, best sailing routes and spots)
• Collecting survey data
• Communicating with the charter team to provide the best service
• Addressing complaints
• Additional operational tasks as required
• preparing and participating in boat shows and other events (according to needs)

Other information:

• minimum duration of the internship is 3 months
• we can only accept students in possession of an Erasmus+ Learning Agreement
• excellent command of English (C1) is a must. Other foreign languages will be highly appreciated and an extra plus is good command of Croatian.
