Role Overview

As a Communications and Content Management Intern, you will play a dual role in our organization. On one hand, you will be the voice of our company, engaging with our audience through compelling newsletters, press releases, and webinars. On the other hand, you will manage and curate the content that powers our AI assistants, ensuring they are as informative, reliable, and engaging as possible. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both external communications and cutting-edge AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

External Communication:

1. Develop and execute a content calendar for newsletters, press releases, and webinars.
2. Craft engaging and informative content that resonates with our audience and promotes our brand and products.
3. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed.

Content Management for AI Assistants:

1. Curate, manage, and optimize content that will be utilized by our AI assistants.
2. Work closely with the product development team to understand content needs and ensure accuracy and relevancy.
3. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the AI assistant's knowledge base and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passionate about technology and staying abreast of the latest trends in AI and digital communication.
  • Prior experience in content creation, digital marketing, or technology is a plus.
