Established in 2015, Wission in collaboration with OFoundation are a global brand experience agency that thrives on creating work that brings people together. We believe everything in the universe is fundamentally connected, and we are relentless in our pursuit of uncovering and creating the inspiring connections that draw us all closer together.

We focus on retail brands who are active on online marketplaces like Amazon. The activities at our office are for example, social media management, Facebook ads, Amazon PPC, influence marketing, video and image creation. If you join us, you will have a great opportunity to work with all our brands and in multiple projects.

We work with big brands from the Netherlands and have our own brands which we are promoting.


  • OFoundation, is an international social enterprise dedicated to making the world a better place through micro-franchising. We do this by connecting the ideas of our contributors to the right people and resourcing. It also serves as a hub where we invite interns to join our other companies.
  • Wission, is an Amazon seller store, selling more than 10.000 products every month. Our team spreads around in the Netherlands, the Philippines, China, and India. Currently, we are selling on the US market. Our team is planning to expand our market to Walmart and Amazon UK and Canada.
  • Orange Sellers, is a young start-up, specialising in content creation and production of videos and photos. The company’s current focus and main client base are twofold: firstly, we film corporate events (such as summits, expos, dinners, etc.) and edit videos for their corporate/brand identity; secondly, we produce product photos and videos for e-commerce businesses selling on online marketplaces - especially Amazon. 


Gain hands-on experience supporting the Managing Director.
Facilitate communication between management and employees.
Calendar Management, Organise meetings, meeting preparations. 
Communications with suppliers, partner organisations and colleagues. 
HR Support, taking calls, checking works. 
Attend meetings and create minutes.
Travel Arrangements, event planning.
Manage emails and communications. 
Office management.
Personal Assistance. 
Research and analysis for projects.

Professional attitude and ability to work independently.
Ability to facilitate effective communication between management and team.
Problem solving abilities, thinking positive and in opportunities. 
Organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, being able to prioritise and time management. 
Richt in Initiative and proactivity, with hunger for continuous learning and growing. 

Internship stipend of 100 euros per month.

EU Citizens or Internationals legally allowed to study/internship in the Netherlands.
Bachelor's degree required.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese or Dutch is advantageous.
Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
