Branding and Marketing Executive. (remote work also accepted )

We require a young and creative Brand and marketing executive. Our company is in the process of starting a new business line in the real estate sector on the island. 

I would require the following skill sets : 
- Ability to use Word , Excel and Powerpoint 
- Design skills (photoshop etc ) 
- Strong communication skills 
- Previous experience in a start up would be ideal . 

We require roughly 25 hours of work per week. 

The main tasks of the week would be : 
- Obtaining property owners details through Facebook
- Designing leaflets and marketing content for the business plan 
- Creating the social media page.
