This internship is a part of the Placement Slovakia program organizing professional internships for foreign higher education students in Slovakia within Erasmus+ program. All applying candidates have to be confirmed to receive an Erasmus+ learning agreement for traineeships, provided by their higher education institution covering the whole internship period.

Position description:
The trainee will be located in a dynamic and quickly developing environment as a part of the Business Transformation team and work closely with the Business Analyst on their daily tasks. This includes being in frequent contact with business stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations for management and supporting the developer section of the team in seamless robotic process automation flow.
The key responsibilities will be mainly to:
• Contribute to reporting & monitoring team activities and analyses
• Provide support in preparing regular & ad hoc reports and presentations for management stakeholders across region and corporate
• Support the team in preparing & organizing internal workshops
• Get in touch with business teams and conduct initial analysis to assess the feasibility of their processes for automation
• Serve as a point of contact for business stakeholders, answer their inquiries to ensure smooth automation project lifecycle & open, effective communication
• Help in preparing required documentation for automation projects
• Contribute to ad hoc tasks related to business analysis activities
• Take part in internal meetings
Qualifications:
• Higher education student in a business/economics field
• English at C level
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking & flexibility
• Good command of MS Office (mainly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Basic understanding of robotic process automation or business analysis is welcome
• Enthusiasm to learn & explore – we can teach you all of the above, if you are willing to learn
• Availability to travel without restrictions within EU countries
Knowledge and skills the trainee can learn during the internship:
• The trainee will gain good insight into business transformation processes with main focus on robotic process automation. They will learn to analyse & document internal business processes to assess their feasibility for automation
• They will learn about the robotic process automation and how it can be effectively implemented in a corporate environment to drive company goals and support internal teams
• They will serve as a point of contact for both the business stakeholders and the developer team, which will help them to improve their interpersonal & communication skills, time management and gain a good knowledge on project development and lifecycle
• They will improve their reporting & analysis skills by helping to prepare reports and presentations for our top management stakeholders across the entire region
• They will also develop or improve their organisational skills by preparing and taking part in various workshops, trainings & meetings in an international environment
