Internship Description: As an intern at TOBECERAMICS, you will have the opportunity to engage in various aspects of running a small creative business. This position is ideal for someone who is versatile, eager to learn, and committed to contributing consistently to our brand's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Assistance:

   • Support the creation and finishing of ceramic and jewelry pieces.
   • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of materials and tools.

2. Social Media Management:

   • Develop and schedule content for our social media platforms.
   • Monitor and respond to interactions on social media.

3. Graphic Design:

   • Create promotional materials, product labels, and website graphics.
   • Design social media posts and marketing materials.

4. Photography:

   • Capture high-quality images of products for online and offline use.
   • Assist in styling and setting up photo shoots.

5. Web Development:

   • Maintain and update the TOBECERAMICS website.
   • Ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence.

6. Marketing and Communication:

   • Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
   • Communicate with customers and partners through various channels.

7. Sales Assistance:

   • Help in selling products at local craft markets and fairs.
   • Set up and manage stalls, interact with customers, and handle sales transactions.
