ABOUT US
We are VivaDrive - #cleantech and #mobility startup from Poland. At VivaDrive , we are a group of passionate people who want to make sure that electric vehicles and a smart city are more reality than a hype. We are building a solution for organizations and companies to modernize and manage their fleet of traditional and electric vehicles, and help cities introduce sustainable mobility.
You will have chance to work on the following projects:
- system for cost fleet management using Big Data and AI technologies to build a top-notch recommendation system for fleet managers
- drones used for city inspections using AI & Deep Learning
- We work on COOL and important topics - sustainability, electromobility and road safety and so far we implemented projects in Poland, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Ethiopia and we want to go global;

YOU
- We are looking for a CREATIVE, OPEN-MINDED and AMBITIOUS person who will help us grow our business
- You think OUT OF THE BOX
- We want to grow globally so we need people that are not afraid to come up with new ways of promoting our business and generating sales
- It's great if you are data-driven and kind of a data-geek so that you clearly understand data, analytics, metrics and statistics
- You should be goal-orientated and be able to work without any supervision or mentorship. You thrive in a cross-functional setting. That setting is also—you guessed it fast-paced. But do not worry, we are cool and you will be able to learn about growth-hacking, content marketing, guerilla marketing, A/B testing and other cool terms ;)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help us strengthen our online presence and build a uber growth machine
- Help us automate our processes by using e.g. Optimizely for A/B Testing, MailChimp for email marketing campaigns, HubSpot for CRM, sales and marketing purposes, Zapier to automate workflows...
- Support our ad-hoc tasks when required e.g. test a fancy electric vehicle :) or make a market analysis
REQUIREMENTS
- You are a student
- You have an energetic presence, use a hands-on approach in dealing with complex situations and are keen on thinking outside the box to support your own creativity.
- Excellent Organization and Communications Skills. Unlike other jobs, it’s important to be organized and communicate effectively.
- You can work independently and take matters into your own hands.
We are flexible and you can work with is between 3 and 12 months.
