Who are we looking for?

We are a creative production and theatre company looking for interns to join our team and help us grow our social media and digital platforms such as Ko-fi. There is an opportunity to also take on additional responsibilities in creative production and project management. This position is ideal for remote work and doesn't require travel.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

Essential:

The most important thing is to have a passion for culture and theatre

Ambition to work in the creative sector

Great communication skills

B2 level of English

Knowledge of Slovak or Czech language (negotiable)

Ability to learn quickly and work independently

Ability to manage social media accounts

Skills in creating content for social media, images, posts,  editing videos, reels

Experience working with Canva, creating simple graphic designs for posts, posters

Basic administration (answering emails/messages)

Knowledge of using digital platforms for creators such as Patreon and Ko-fi or an ability to understand it quickly 

Desirable:

Knowledge of Meta Business Suite is an advantage

Website development, editing and management

Writing articles, e.g. for PR purposes or copywriting is an advantage and welcomed

Experience with fundraising is an advantage and welcomed but not necessary (opportunity to learn from us! :))

Additional Information

This year we performed 30 shows across 5 countries and attended Edinburgh Fringe and Camden Fringe festivals. We received a "Keep It Fringe" Award and funding from Fringe Society, and we were reviewed as a highly recommended show by Fringe Review. Our shows are in Slovak, Czech, or English languages and we perform for Slovaks and Czech living abroad or also British and international audiences. In our new project, we are preparing a theatre show, portrait exhibition, documentary, and eventually a book. We are also preparing a series of workshops, seminars, and webinars. We are growing our offer of digital products and content on platforms such as Ko-fi for which we will need the most help from our new intern! :)
