House of co, a company that designs and develops luxury co-living spaces, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Hospitality & Customer Service Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences, fostering a sense of community, and contributing to the overall success of our co-living properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to plan, organise, and execute engaging events for our tenants, fostering a vibrant and connected community atmosphere.

  • Ensure clear division of roles and responsibilities among team members, specifying the tasks assigned to each intern.

  • Develop and implement streamlined check-in procedures to ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival experience for new tenants.

  • Conduct regular property inspections twice a month to maintain standards.

  • Oversee tenant check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently.

  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the hospitality department.

  • Maintain effective communication with the House Managers regarding operational updates and issues.

  • Schedule and conduct property viewings for potential tenants, providing comprehensive information and a positive experience.

  • Coordinate room bookings, maintaining clear communication with potential and existing tenants regarding availability and pricing.

  • Manage and update booking systems to ensure accuracy and availability.

  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally across various communication channels (email, phone, etc.).

  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating a positive customer experience.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to handle challenging situations effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.

Familiarity with event planning and community-building initiatives is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

English B2/C1
