Customer service and guide with languages

Call&Ride Mallorca is a young company created in 2014 by three Majorcan partners, passionate about bikes and travelling. Do you like any of those? Keep reading because you are going to fit in.

We are looking for a person who is a bicycle lover. A committed, kind and educated person, with people skills and outgoing. We need people for 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 months, you can choose the durantion that suits you best.

Would you like to work in Palma de Mallorca? Do you like cycling and discovering new places? Do you want a job that allows you to do exercise and enjoy the outdoors.

What will you do on your day to day (always with help from our staff):

- Customer service in store.

- Guide groups around the city of Palma by bicycle, giving explanations, curiosities and information of interest to the client.

- Present content and recommendations about Palma in a fluid way.

- Encourage other possible participants.

- Guarantee safety and comply with the action protocols throughout the tour.

- Be an active part in promoting the brand.

What do we need from you:

- High level of spoken English.

- Another languages will be appreciated.

- Eager to learn about Spanish and Mallorcan culture.

- Availability to work on weekends.

- Commercial vision, own initiative and resolution capacity in the face of unforeseen events.

- Love for bicycles.
