General information
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who would work on the following tasks:

Daily posts to our social media channels: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.

Come up with social media strategies that effectively engage and bring users to our website

Reach out to supply and distribution partners to work with us

Answer support emails and chat with our customers

Work with journalists to write articles for new features announcements and help build our brand
-
Post on our blog a few times a month, interview our partners, and do podcasts with them
-
Set up email marketing campaigns and send bi-weekly or monthly newsletters to our users and potential users
Qualifications

Fluent English language

Currently enrolled in an educational institution pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Social Media, Marketing, Sales, Business or related major

Experience in social media tools, particularly Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn

Excellent interpersonal skills; able to maintain good rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with customers and those outside the department

Excellent oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion, tact, and interest

Capable of identifying and completing tasks independently, and reporting on progress, with a sense of urgency and ownership
Required Education

Finalizing a bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or related degree

High school graduate or equivalent
Candidate Background/Preferred Experience

Awareness of social media, marketing, and PR activities and tools.

Able to think creatively and outside the box. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.

Strong business acumen and skills

Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising, and SEO
