Description:
We offer a traineeship position within our digital marketing team, focusing on customer acquisition for the Plantiverse platform. This role suits individuals passionate about digital marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in a startup project setting. The successful candidate joins a collaborative team environment, contributing to developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at attracting institutions, universities, private customers for pre-sales, and partnerships for pilot development.

Candidates' Ideal Profile:

  • Educational Background: Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media management tools).
    • Understanding of customer acquisition strategies and practices.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Interest in digital marketing methodologies and a strong desire to learn and apply new techniques.
    • Ability to grasp complex marketing systems and tackle challenging problems.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating marketing concepts and collaborating across departments.

Daily Tasks:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at attracting institutions, universities, and private customers.
  • Create marketing content for various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and partners for pilot projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine customer acquisition strategies.
  • Engage in continuous learning activities to enhance knowledge in digital marketing and customer acquisition.
