Description: 

Internship Description: We are seeking an Education Intern who is passionate about the intersection of performing arts and education. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and implementing educational programs, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and contributing to innovative projects that promote arts education.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of educational programs within schools and the broader community.
  • Support the organization and facilitation of drama workshops, seminars, conferences, and training activities.
  • Contribute to research projects related to theater education, including literature reviews, data collection, and analysis.
  • Assist in the development of educational materials, publications, and resources.
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners to promote arts in education initiatives.
  • Participate in artistic productions and cultural events as needed.
  • Provide administrative support as required.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (e.g., education, theater studies, arts administration, cultural management).
  • Passion for the performing arts and a strong interest in education and community development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

Duration: The internship duration is flexible, with a minimum commitment of 3 months and the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs.
