That's where you come in

As an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern at Consultport, you'll have the chance to be part of a young, fast-growing company, and help to shape its growth path. You'll work side-to-side with the founders on the most exciting and important projects, and learn what it means to build a successful company from scratch. 

You’ll take on a diverse role with tasks from different areas including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, and Management tasks. At the same time, you'll develop a broad and deep understanding of the Consulting market. It will be a great opportunity to play a key role in disrupting a multi-billion market.

 

You will work on topics such as... 

• Strategy: Work on business-critical projects, and expand the company into new markets

• Venture excellence: Be responsible for managing and improving business development and operational processes

• Consulting: Help us grow our revenues successfully by identifying new concepts and strategies, and by being responsible for implementation from the beginning

• Business Development: Identify business and revenue opportunities, and work on their execution together with other team members
   

What you should bring 

• Graduated or about to graduate from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a similar field.

• An outstanding academic performance to date.

• Strong analytical skills which you will use to break down problems & enable you to excel at connecting topics from many domains.

• The ability to prioritize, justify, and manage your own roadmap

• Previous professional experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, sales, or in startups).

• Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German or French is a plus.

Deine Rolle

Als Entrepreneur-In-Residence Praktikant bei Consultport arbeitest Du Seite an Seite mit den Gründern an den wichtigsten Projekten und lernst, was es bedeutet, ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen von Grund auf aufzubauen.

Je nach Expertise und Interesse übernimmst Du Aufgaben aus verschiedenen Bereichen, darunter Vertrieb, Marketing, Operations, Finanzen, Managementaufgaben. Gleichzeitig entwickelst Du ein breites und tiefes Verständnis für den Beratungsmarkt und globale Plattform-Modelle. 

 

Themen

• Strategie: Arbeite an geschäftskritischen Initiativen und entwickle neue Märkte

• Exzellenz: Definiere und optimiere organisationseinheiten und prozesse für die internationale Skalierung

• Wachstum: Entwickle Konzepte und Strategien für neue Umsatzmöglichkeiten

• Business Development: Identifizieren Sie Geschäfts- und Umsatzmöglichkeiten und arbeiten Sie gemeinsam mit anderen Teammitgliedern an deren Umsetzung

 

Dein Profil

• Kurz vor Abschluss an einer Top-Universität in Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurwissenschaft

• Hervorragende akademische Leistungen

• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten

• Praktika/-Berufserfahrung in Fast-Paced Environments (Beratung, Vertrieb oder in Start-ups).

• Fließendes Englisch (Deutsch ist von Vorteil)
