Exchange Programs and Partnerships Intern (Incoming)

We are currently looking for an intern to join the Exchange Programs and Partnerships Team at the Office of International Programs. The internship dates are to be negotiated with successful applicants and must be 3-4 months minimum. However, the applications of the participants whose internship dates are longer will be prioritized.  Some knowledge of the Turkish language will be a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Incoming Team with all matters pertaining to Incoming Exchange Students,
• Support the organization of delegation visits,
• Collaborate with all offices including offices of the Registrar and Human Resources on the development and implementation of Incoming Exchange Student Services and Programs,
• Respond to Incoming inquiries through email,
• Create social media content for the OIP accounts,
• Helping with the application, admission procedures of students, and maintaining the office environment through inventory and other administrative tasks.

The internship is only for those who can get an Erasmus+ funding, additional compensation is not provided.
