Geometra/Building Engineer Internship Remote Position

About us

We are Blue House BB&B in Iceland and we are expanding our business to Italy. Now we are a new startup in Sicily, and our goal is to create a unique platform, combining organic farming with one of a kind villa rentals. Luxury will meet fair trade and environmental friendliness. We are searching for a Geometra intern remotely for Sicilia Mia involving an international team and our working language exclusively English. 

Requirements

• Have a deep knowledge of Italian/Sicilian regulation regarding construction, renovation and building work.

• Have a native level of Italian language and speak English fluently.

• Have good skills in Autocad and/or other software useful for the job.

• Have a keen interest in developing professional skills in the field and grow a career as Geometra/Technician.

• Knowledge of the Ecobonus 110

• Knowledge of the legislation, in particular related to the Ecobonus 110

• Knowledge of ENEA portal

Main tasks

• Research in the land register to find out all information about properties. 

• Preparation of plans and specifications for small renovation works.

• To evaluate the bids of different contractors.

• To control the standards of the property (water, electricity, gas).

• To analyse and give feedback regarding drawings/projects carried out by other professionals.
