Intern for Travel Agency

We are a travel agency in Krakow, Poland and currently looking for a passionate intern to join our team. You will be responsible for answering phones, and managing our social media accounts and email. Besides, you will participate in our trips as a team leader's assistant and will be responsible for dealing with our customers.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

• help to undertake research and plan tours
• managing social media accounts
• answering phones, mails and dm messages
• offering sightseeing advice
• help to organize and lead excursions
• problem-solving
• translating and interpreting
• transporting and accompanying tourists.

Skills needed for this role:

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team with a passion for the relevant field.

• Ability To Communicate Effectively

• Ability to work both individually and in a team.

• Excellent command of English and Polish (both written and spoken).

• Positive attitude, desire to learn, and work well in a collective environment.  

• Good multitasking skills.

• Result-driven and creative thinking.
