Internship tasks:
- Managing the different language course offer
- General customer service: Informing customers about the courses, offers and possibilities
- Assist with daily administrative duties
- Manage reception responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office
- Managing social media accounts
- Creating contents for the homepage
- Giving language courses (if you are studying language courses)
- Design and present new social media campaign ideas
- Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content

Information about the company that’s offering the internship: Our partner company is an international and newly established Language School based in Augsburg – the third biggest city in Bavaria/Germany. The language school is offering German, English, Russian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Japanese and Polish classes to various customers (e.g., groups, private persons, companies). They are situated right in the center of Augsburg (10 minutes away from the main station) and are looking for a responsible Office Management & Marketing Intern. Duties include assisting in daily office needs, managing the company’s general administrative activities, engaging in exciting marketing activities, and teaching a foreign language (optional!). Our partner company is offering their internships (1-2 months) all over the year. You will be responsible for tasks depending on your studies. Furthermore, you will have a possibility to improve your German language skills by performing your daily tasks or participating in a course.
