At Startup Greece, our vision is to bring the Greek Startup Ecosystem on the spotlight and maximize its contribution to a global level, by fostering innovation that will eventually secure sustainability and prosperity across the globe. We are looking for a talented Junior Proposal Writer for EU funding instruments to join a team of incredibly talented professionals involved in the design and development of startup ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Development of innovative concepts, analyze EU call requirements regarding ICT and Startup Program applications
  • Proposal writing for EU collaborative projects related to Startups and ICT
  • Monitoring of EU funding opportunities
  • Active participation in internal and external brainstorming sessions
  • Meeting existing and potential partners and building positive relationships
  • Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences
  • Management of projects

 Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or Information Technology
  • Master's degree a plus, preferably in/related to ICT, Engineering
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in proposal writing
  • Experience in other EU funding instruments is a plus
  • Experience as a Project Manager of EU-funded projects is a plus
  • Travel abroad
  • Excellent use of MS Office
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written

Additional Information

The minimum time period of an internship is three months. Usually, our interns stay between three to six months. Interns should be currently enrolled at a University (bachelor or master), or have finished their degree within the last year. Interns must bring their own laptops. The Internship is UNPAID. Apply only if you are interested in an internship under ERASMUS PROGRAM.
