Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract potential job seekers and clients.
2. Participate in the creation of content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
3. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive positioning.
4. Assist in planning and executing events, webinars, and other marketing-related activities.
5. Work with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance and refine strategies based on results.
6. Support administrative tasks related to marketing, such as tracking campaign progress, creating reports, and maintaining marketing databases.

Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in digital tools, including social media platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Analytics.
6. Creativity and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strong desire to learn.
7. Prior internship experience in marketing is a plus, but not required.
