Motion & UI Designer (2-6 Months Internship)

Do you have a passion for user experience and a knack for bringing ideas to life through animation?

At Compocity, we're developing a service that playfully helps companies achieve their sustainability goals with measurable results. We're seeking a talented and motivated Motion & UI Designer to join our team for a dynamic internship (2-6 months) with the opportunity to work remotely or on-site.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing user interfaces (UI) for our innovative composter devices:
  
  • Create high-fidelity UI mockups in Figma
  • Craft a cohesive graphical language that aligns with our brand guidelines
  • Design intuitive and user-friendly icons and illustrations
  • Develop other visual assets to enhance the user experience
• Bringing our composter UI to life with animation:
  
  • Create engaging animations for the composter's user interface (UI)
  • Enhance user experience and interaction through motion design
• Contributing to social media & video content creation (possible):
  
  • Collaborate on developing visually appealing social media content
  • Assist in the creation of engaging video content for YouTube (optional)
     

To be successful, you'll need:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UI and animation skills (link or physical portfolio)
• A keen eye for visual storytelling and user experience (UX) design
• Solid understanding of video production and editing principles (a plus)
• Creativity, passion for design, and a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with QML (Qt Meta Language) a plus
